These sessions are presented by Al and Gretchen Beatty
This program is the first of the 25/26 season. We’ll start with a brief review of our summer activities. Tonight’s fly pattern is a variation of a parachute style shared with us by the late Nigel Rogers from Manchester in the UK. We are going to modify it and see what all of you think of it. It will be the “start” of several tying sessions that will culminate with a dry fly we think will be the BEST mayfly imitation possible. Whether you think so or not will be up to you. GRIN! The WEEKLY TIP will be the process we use to produce the support structure needed for the flies we’ll review in the coming weeks. If we have time, we’ll get tips for the views via the SHARING section. We’ll have to see if we have time for this; we’ll let you know as the show progresses. If we don’t have time, please save your tips for a future episode of FTF. We are looking forward to seeing all of you once again.
If you have friends interested in joining us, please email Al (albeatty2@gmail.com) so he can add them to the notification list to receive the new weekly Zoom link.
