Online Store Discounted Member Price

I am purchasing an item from the BVFF online store and it will not give me the discounted member price.

  • It is likely you did not log on with your member registered email/password for the BVFF website before attempting your purchase.
  • Your BVFF membership has expired, is pending.

I can't register for a BVFF event

  • It is likely you did not log on with your member registered email/password for the BVFF website before attempting to register for the event.  Some events may be publicly visible on the website, but require a membership to register.
  • Your BVFF membership has expired, is pending, or is delinquent.

I registered for a BVFF event, but now I can't attend.  How do I cancel?

  • If the event was originally registered as cancellable, there will be a link at the bottom of the registration confirmation to allow you to self cancel.  Some events may have a non-cancellable period immediately prior to the event, when costs or obligations cannot be reversed.
  • If you cannot self cancel you can reply to the event organizer by email using the event confirmation email.  You can also lookup the event organizer contact information in the Member Directory and contact them directly using the listed phone number or email.
  • For events with attendance limitations it is strongly encouraged that you cancel as soon as possible to allow any individuals on a waiting list to take your place.

I'm not receiving BVFF emails and notifications

  • Check your SPAM folder on your email browser.  Did they show up here?
  • Did you at some point unsubscribe to BVFF emails?  Log on to the BVFF website, and go to your contact PROFILE.  You can edit your email preferences in the profile.

I'm not receiving the BVFF Hackle Bender Newsletter

The Hackle Bender is currently posted using MailChimp, and not through Wild Apricot.

      • Check your SPAM folder on your email browser.  Did it show up here?
      • Did you at some point unsubscribe to the Hackle Bender emails?
      • Did you at some point unsubscribe to BVFF emails? Log on to the BVFF website, and go to your contact PROFILE. You can edit your email preferences in the profile.  This email preference should be carried over to MailChimp
