Beatty's Tip Up Flies
This week, we’ll present a series of flies we call Tip-Up Patterns. One is our brainstorm, and the other is a LaFontaine concept pattern. Al originally got inspiration for this series from Sweden on through to Montana. This doesn't sound very clear, but we’ll clarify as the evening unfolds. Rest assured, the TU Flies are a great addition to your personal fly box and are especially productive on spring creeks.
Our friend Dutch Baughman is the inspiration for the WEEKLY TIP; you’ll have to join us to find out what that stimulus was. The Mystery Spinner Fly Project report: We’ll continue the discussion and progress in learning to tie this challenging pattern. Then, we’ll open the spotlight/mic to audience members to SHARE with everyone.
