Boise Valley Fly Fishers will host a litter cleanup on the Owyhee River, Oregon on Saturday, March 6, 2021. Volunteers (must be current members of the BVFF or their guests) are needed and may sign up on this website, or email to Gary Green at lesliegarygreen@yahoo.com. We will meet at the BLM Watchable Wildlife Area (See map link below) at 9:30 AM and finish at 3:30PM at the dam. Due to COVID, masks and social distancing will be practiced and there will not be an ending social event this year. Volunteers are asked to bring their own gloves, and for those that have walkie talkies, to include them. Good sturdy footwear is highly recommended. Volunteers will be asked to sign a release form by the BLM. Our intent is to clear litter down to the river from the road beginning at the Cottonwoods area above Snively Hot Springs to the end of the river foot trail by the dam.
