BVFF Meet-Up/Boise River Intown

Start as a group, go fishing and then meet-up to celebrate a day on the Boise.
If you have always wanted to fish the Boise, intown, this is a great chance to learn.
If you are a “pro” come share your knowledge and skills and meet new members and friends.

Meet at Barber Park, 4049 S Eckert Rd. Boise, ID 83716 At 9:00AM in the main parking lot near the rest rooms and where river floaters put in. There will be a demonstration on how to set up a Nymphing rig to successfully fish the Boise River in town.
Attendees are welcome to split up and spread out on the river as they wish. Experienced anglers are encouraged to “Team Up” with those who are less experienced with the hopes of helping them to be more successful, and confident on the water.

The river is currently wadable. We always recommend waders, a wader belt and wading stick.
